Results from the students who are least likely to be taught personal finance
Rapunzl's outcomes are not drawn from a handful of well-resourced pilot schools. 83% of participating schools are in low- and moderate-income communities, and 81% of participating students identify as students of color. These are the students national financial literacy data consistently shows are least likely to get personal finance instruction at school or at home.
The program pairs a standards-aligned personal finance curriculum with a real-time investment simulator, so students practice the decisions they are learning about with live market data and no real-world risk.
